System error – Live Clients record not found if date of birth is set to future date (user error).
Subject: System error – Clients record not found if date of birth set to future date (user error).
Issues:
If spocc user set x client’s date of birth to future date (4943) (which I did – mistakenly), SPOCC won’t retrieve client’s record on SPOCC live and test system, no matter it is a current client or inactive client which can result into payment serious issues.
Being working on Spocc’s system, resolving client’s and payment's record for last 3 years, it didn’t click in the first place what… Continue
