Yes, deactivating the service is certainly not a viable solution (as it means you'd have to claw-back all the payments you had made for the service's contracts). We'll add a task to our plan.

I assume you're talking about the drop down list of services shown on the performance management "Download" and "Manage" tabs? If so, you're right, they show all services and not just the current ones. At the moment there is no way to change this.…
