Hi Luke, I calculated the overall from the core performance indicators and the average from the export performance indicator summary. I have sent the CLG an email to ask how they calculate but have not received a reply yet.
It is odd that the CLG figure doesn't match either the overall or average you have calculated. Which reports did you run to get your figures? Can you contact the CLG to ask how they calculated theirs?
Did we get any further with this? My overall is 80%, my average 61% yet the latest figures from GLG are 74%. How do they get their figure and is there a way of us replicating it?
