Thanks Ben, I have always had separate logins for Test but as you say, everytime a database restore is carried out this overwrites the Test accounts with Live accounts. I want to keep seperate logins to ensure users are aware they are logging into...
We have an exact mirror image on SPOCC Live and SPOCC Test. This means when live is refreshed to test all the data is the same. We use network authentication to login to spocc so live and test logins are the same (the network username).

I would like to understand how other LA's manage their user accounts between SPOCC Live and SPOCC Test. Do you have the same users accounts for both or do you have separate logins with different permissions for each database?

When you say contract documents do you mean the schedules I, II, III, IV etc? If so, yes we create all of these.

Just to clarify, you do not have to save the workbook somewhere before accepting it but if you want to look at it first or keep a copy for archival then you will need to. There is a simple "Save as" button in SPOCC that will let you choose a locat...

- hi, here at greenwich we have used spocc for service reviews but possibly not to the full extent that we could have. spocc is used for just about everything it can be, primarily for the finance payment runs and managing client data for subsidy payments. we do not interface with our benefits system as such but we upload a file each week into spocc to check changes in entitlement. how long have you been on board with spocc? i think i answered a previous post from you regarding a list of services? was it helpful? i am quite into the adhoc reporting side of spocc. please feel free to get in touch with any questions. happy to help where i can.
