Thanks Debbie Yes that is what I mean. Luke Canvin also replied and said our templates may be out of date so once we get that sorted it may all make more sense but if you do not mind I will bear you in mind and if you would be ok with it I might ...

It sounds like your template documents might be out of date. I recommend you contact the support team (support@oxfordcc.co.uk) for guidance on how to update them.

Hi all Does anyone use SPOCC to generate their contract documents? I have been attempting all sorts of tests in our TEST database but seem to keep coming up against all sorts of problems - locked fields, merge fields not existing in the database ...

I hope they do too Claire. We are definitely going to look at how our services are doing in relation to others if we can so the more info that gets added to Bench the better
