You'll need to ask OCC to do this for you or modify the workbooks you had imported and alter the details to match those of the new Provider and Service. There is currently no built-in method of copying the KPIs along with the Service.
We are copying a services from one provider to another however the KPI's do not get carried across, does anyone know if the KPI's canbe copied across with the service or do we have to find another way to put them in.

I have been trying to find where we can add to the HB import section as to avoid any conflict with the
