SPOCC.net and Performance workbooks

We are currently still without SPOCC.net at the moment and I would like some advise from LA's who do use SPOCC.net with regards to the PI workbooks. When a PI workbook is submitted, do you need to save the Excel document on your network before/after it is imported?

Hi Debbie

Yes you do need to save it on your network (doesn't matter when) for people other than the importer to access it (just as if you import it from somewhere else).

Just to clarify, you do not have to save the workbook somewhere before accepting it but if you want to look at it first or keep a copy for archival then you will need to. There is a simple "Save as" button in SPOCC that will let you choose a location for it if you want.
