SPOCC Live and SPOCC Test

I would like to understand how other LA's manage their user accounts between SPOCC Live and SPOCC Test. Do you have the same users accounts for both or do you have separate logins with different permissions for each database?

We have an exact mirror image on SPOCC Live and SPOCC Test. This means when live is refreshed to test all the data is the same. We use network authentication to login to spocc so live and test logins are the same (the network username).

Thanks Ben, I have always had separate logins for Test but as you say, everytime a database restore is carried out this overwrites the Test accounts with Live accounts. I want to keep seperate logins to ensure users are aware they are logging into a particular database. I will just have to keep recreating them after restore.
