QAF Workbook

Is there a way of printing out the QAF Workbook? Our Contract and Review Officers would like to take a paper copy with them on Service Review visits and are currently having to cut and paste each section into a Word document so they can print it out.

I'm not sure what you mean by QAF Workbook, there is no Excel workbook for QAFs like there is for performance indicators.

However I think the following will help you:
1) Start a new QAF for the service in question.
2) In the reports area of SPOCC, tick Services and then select the "Service QAF" report, select the same service as used in (1) for the report criteria.
3) Click [Generate] to run the report.

The resulting report will have all the objectives, standards and evidences on.

Hi Luke - sorry, should have said that it was a completed QAF they wanted to print.

Peter - This report only give the summary. The Officers are after the detail for each objective including the individual evidence for each standard including the remarks.

This report was updated in a recent patch to v7.0; certainly it shows detail in v7.0.5, see the attached PDF file.

Thanks for this Luke. If the provider had completed anything in the Remarks field would this show on the report too?
