Performance Indicator Workbooks
We are running SPOCC 7.0.3 and have noticed that when providers download their PI Workbooks, the Contracts tab appears to be unprotected and the formulae show in the white cells, which allows for these to be overtyped. Is anyone else having the same problem?

The contracts tab needs to be unprotected so that providers can fill in their staffing. I agree that the formulae issue is a potential problem but it didn't arise for us when providers submitted quarter 1.

The contracts page can actually be both protected and allow providers to fill in the appropriate details - it does this using Excel's cell-locking feature where you can unlock a cell so that it is editable when protection is on.
If your workbook is unprotected when the providers download it then it's likely an unprotected copy has been stored in your SPOCC database somehow. If you are unsure of how to correct this then please get in touch with the support team (support@oxfordcc.co.uk).
