Lead Officers' Meeting 2010

This year we would like to focus on the ways in which Local Authorities around the UK have been adapting to new ways of working and how IT systems can make the task easier.

Speakers will be talking on the following subjects:

• Working with Local Area Agreements
• New contracting models
• Benchmarking and evidencing value for money
• Local and Regional Performance Indicators
• Personalisation and the service marketplace
