Does anyone have any experience or ideas how we could pay providers by performance i.e. client outcomes? How could SPOCC cope with the information. All ideas welcome.
Would anyone else find it useful to be able to re-run payments?
We have had 2 cases in the last two months where the payment file was rejected by Oracle (this time around because we hadn't checked the "exempt from VAT" box when creating a new Organisation).
In our old system we had much more functionality when things like this happened.
